We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our multidisciplinary care team in Trail and Castlegar, B.C.
Key Responsibilities- Perform assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Provide personal and nursing care to patients, including administering medications as per pharmaceutical and organizational policies.
- Work in accordance with the competency guidelines and full scope of practice within the Standards of Practice as outlined by the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
- Graduation from a recognized program for Practical Nurses.
- Current full practicing licensure with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
- Current CPR certification required.
- Current valid BC Driver's License (required for community/home health positions only).
