Job Title: Food and Beverage Services Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food and Beverage Services Attendant to join our team at Empress Family Restaurant.

Job Summary:

The Food and Beverage Services Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area by clearing tables, sweeping and mopping floors, and restocking supplies.
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation by portioning and wrapping food, and replenishing condiments and supplies.
  • Keep records of food quantities used and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of our food and beverage services.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
