Job Summary

We are seeking a Food and Beverage Services Attendant to join our team at Empress Family Restaurant. As a Food and Beverage Services Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that guests have a positive dining experience.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area, kitchen, and storage areas.
  • Restock supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setting up and breaking down the dining area.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage service environment preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
Working Conditions

The Food and Beverage Services Attendant will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions. The position requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs), and working in a hot kitchen environment.
