Job Description

**Job Title:** Senior Business Analyst - Banking

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at CB Canada. The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders to analyze business requirements and develop solutions to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop business cases for new projects.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
  • Analyze complex business problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • Develop and maintain business requirements documentation.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.

Requirements:

  • 7-10+ years of experience in a senior business analyst role, preferably in the banking industry.
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as mathematics, data analysis, or computer science.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Regulatory capital experience.
  • Power BI experience.
  • SQL experience.
  • Experience with BASEL.
  • Experience with AXIOM.
  • Experience with OSFI.
  • MBA or other related advanced degree.
