Job Title: Guest Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at BAIE VISTA INN LIMITED. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on guest feedback and operational performance.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Requisition materials and supplies to ensure adequate inventory levels.
Requirements:
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing situations.
