Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless guest service delivery
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to maximize productivity and efficiency
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on guest feedback and staff performance
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to staff to improve productivity and product quality
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
  • Requisition materials and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
