About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at Canada CVC Services Ltd. as a General Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
    • Establish and maintain effective relationships with senior staff, departments, and regions to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration.
  • Resource Allocation
    • Allocate human, financial, and material resources to support the implementation of organizational policies and programs.
    • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Performance Management
    • Establish clear objectives and expectations for the organization and its teams.
    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork across departments and regions.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, management, or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
    • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business issues and develop effective solutions.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and delivery.
