Job Overview

In this position, you will assist our clients by customizing our software solutions to fulfill their unique specifications and requirements, enhancing the overall customer experience. Your role will be pivotal in delivering effective solutions and applications, leveraging your robust technical expertise to provide customized software solutions that adhere to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customize STEMSOFT products to meet client-specific technical requirements and specifications.
  • Ensure that configuration user stories align with acceptance criteria in accordance with the agile configuration methodology.
  • Collaborate with colleagues (both internally and externally) to foster knowledge sharing and drive collective problem-solving efforts.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members, enhancing team effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, contributing a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in technical implementation or foundational software development.
  • Proven ability to tailor technical products to meet specific client needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the capability to address standard technical challenges.
