Qualifications- Education: College/CEGEP
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a managerial role within the food service industry
- Analyze financial reports to enhance and sustain the restaurant's profitability.
- Develop and manage budgets for food, beverages, and operational supplies.
- Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure efficiency.
- Adjust food preparation techniques and pricing in accordance with budgetary constraints.
- Monitor revenue streams to manage labor costs effectively.
- Assess and enhance staff performance through regular evaluations.
- Plan and coordinate daily operational activities.
- Recruit and train new staff members.
- Establish staff schedules to optimize workflow.
- Supervise and mentor team members to foster a productive work environment.
- Implement and enforce operational procedures and service standards.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including cash balances and reports.
- Conduct performance assessments to support staff development.
- Oversee inventory management to ensure adequate supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Negotiate with suppliers for optimal pricing on food and other essentials.
- Engage with clients for catering services and facility usage.
- Contribute to marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints to enhance satisfaction.
- Manage special events and functions as required.
This is a permanent position requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week. The primary language of communication will be English.
