Strata Property Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Strata Property Manager to join our team at Whistler Personnel Solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain accurate records of strata corporation information, including bylaws, financial statements, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate and facilitate strata council meetings, ensuring effective communication and decision-making.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve strata corporation operations, including budgeting, financial planning, and risk management.
- Provide exceptional customer service to strata owners, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with strata council members, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Availability for the advertised start date.
- Legal ability to work in Canada.
