Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Window Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Sierra Window and Property Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of our clients' properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Inspect sites to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services.
  • Recommend additional services required, such as painting or repair work.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work at heights and outdoors.
Work Environment

This is an on-the-road job with a 40-hour workweek.
