About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Strata Property Manager to join our team at Whistler Personnel Solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of strata corporation information, including bylaws, financial statements, and meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate and facilitate strata council meetings, ensuring effective communication and decision-making.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve strata corporation operations, including budgeting, financial planning, and risk management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to strata owners, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with strata council members, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Availability to work 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
