About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Concierge at Performance Auto Group. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to customers, directing them to the appropriate contact and determining the nature of their visit.
  • Answer basic customer inquiries and provide solutions to their needs.
  • Direct customers to the correct department, notify sales teams, or introduce customers to Sales Managers.
  • Analyze and interpret customer needs, offering suitable options, solutions, and resolutions.
  • Support sales teams as a telephone and clerical backup.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and project a positive attitude for customers and colleagues.
  • Utilize systems and procedures to deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions.
  • Adhere to company safety standards at all times.
  • Comply with company policies, standards, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma.
  • Professional and confident with frequent customer interaction.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Proven self-starter who can work well under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and knowledge of vehicle makes and models.
  • Merchandising experience is an asset.
