Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Manager to join our team at Maxi. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, including inventory management, customer service, and staff supervision.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, including sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to create a positive and productive work environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive a high level of service and support.
- Assist with staff training and development, ensuring that all employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
