Position Overview

ELSHAHIR CLEANING CORP. is seeking a dedicated **Cleaning Supervisor** to oversee our cleaning operations. This role is essential in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety across our facilities.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and manage cleaning personnel.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficiency.
  • Conduct inspections of sites to uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Identify and recommend additional services needed, such as maintenance or repairs.
  • Assist cleaning staff in their daily tasks as necessary.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
Supervisory Responsibilities

This position involves supervising a small team of 1 to 2 individuals.
