Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Associate to join our team at Dexterra Group. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present food items to the highest standards, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including equipment, kitchen, and dining areas.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain speed of service standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in food safety, customer service, and culinary techniques.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in the hospitality/food service industry.
  • Food Safety certification.
  • WHMIS test (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System).
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
