About the Role

Famous Peppers Charlottetown is seeking a skilled Food Service Associate to join our team. As a Food Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with our menu offerings, including daily specials, and be able to describe them to customers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Table Service: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Cash Handling: Operate a cash register and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
Work Environment

Famous Peppers Charlottetown is a fast-paced and physically demanding work environment. As a Food Service Associate, you will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel to perform tasks. You will also be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn is essential.
