Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to students, faculty, and staff, answering questions about food, beverages, and catering services.
  • Assist with food preparation, presentation, and serving, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, floors, and equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and other team members to ensure seamless service.
  • Follow all food safety and handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure a safe dining environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including restocking supplies, emptying trash, and maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor.

Requirements:

  • No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
  • Basic computer skills for operating the POS system and payroll system.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive and friendly attitude towards residents and colleagues.
