Child Care Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and caring Child Care Provider to join our team at Steven Lam Yuk Tseung. As a Child Care Provider, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and supervision to infants and children in a home-based setting.
Responsibilities:- Provide a safe and healthy environment for children, including maintaining a clean and organized living space.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks, and ensure children's dietary needs are met.
- Establish a daily routine that includes activities such as bath time, dressing, and feeding.
- Engage children in play and educational activities that promote their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure a smooth transition of care.
- Maintain accurate records of children's daily activities, meals, and sleep patterns.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in child care or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a 40-hour week, including evenings and weekends.
Our home-based child care setting is a non-smoking environment. Optional accommodation is available at no charge on a live-in basis, but this is not a condition of employment.
