Child Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Child Care Provider to join our team at Samar Pai. As a Child Care Provider, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to infants and children in a home-based setting.
Key Responsibilities- Education and Experience: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Work Setting: The successful candidate will work in the employer's/client's home, providing care and support to children in a safe and healthy environment.
- Tasks: The Child Care Provider will be responsible for:
- Changing diapers and maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
- Performing light housekeeping and cleaning duties to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
- Bathing, dressing, and feeding infants and children.
- Organizing activities such as games and outings for children.
- Preparing and serving nutritious meals.
- Preparing infants and children for rest periods.
- Supervising and caring for children.
- Taking children to and from school and to appointments.
- Tending to the emotional well-being of children.
- Target Audience: The successful candidate will work with children, providing care and support to meet their physical, emotional, and developmental needs.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: The Child Care Provider will be required to perform repetitive tasks and have attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: The successful candidate will possess excellent written communication skills, flexibility, initiative, judgment, organization, reliability, time management, patience, and honesty.
