About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at TACO TIME. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that our restaurant runs efficiently and effectively.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that our high standards are met.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience.
