Enrollment Management Specialist

Under the supervision of the Director of Marketing and Recruitment, the Enrollment Management Specialist plays a crucial role in the areas of student outreach, admissions processes, and enrollment strategies. This position entails the formulation and execution of recruitment initiatives, organizing events to stimulate interest and applications, and offering guidance to potential students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing and recruitment strategies
  • Collaborate with various departments and campuses
  • Organize and manage special events and informational sessions
  • Represent the institution at educational fairs and conferences
  • Oversee advertising campaigns and the creation of marketing materials
  • Provide advisory services to prospective students and their families
  • Guide students on academic and financial options
  • Employ effective prospect management techniques
  • Investigate new markets and recruitment initiatives
  • Contribute to the marketing team’s efforts
  • Support initiatives aimed at student retention
  • Assist in the management of admissions and student records

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in student recruitment or admissions
  • Excellent communication and public speaking abilities
  • Capability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional language is advantageous
  • Eligibility to work in Canada
  • Completion of a background check is mandatory
