About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Queens Breakfast Cocktails. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu items that showcase our commitment to quality and creativity.
  • Kitchen Management: Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent service and maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure that our kitchen is well-stocked and efficient.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a positive and productive team environment, providing guidance and support to our kitchen staff to help them grow and develop in their roles.
Requirements
  • Education: A culinary degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience as a head cook or executive chef in a high-volume kitchen is required.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a focus on attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
