About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Home Centre Manager to lead our Home & Building Solutions store in The Pas, MB. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the store, including human resources, asset protection, customer service, administrative duties, and merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the achievement of financial results in sales margins, inventory control, expenses, and profits within established timelines.
  • Participate in the creation of department goals as they relate to Corporate Performance Management (CPM).
  • Manage, maintain, and secure the store location and property, providing operational direction and oversight in the implementation of programs and policies.
  • Build strong customer relationships, deliver solutions, and oversee client satisfaction levels, ensuring customer issues are resolved and areas for improvement are identified.
  • Provide leadership to the team, including recruitment, goal setting, performance management, training, and development of team members.
  • Oversee adherence to brand and merchandising standards, marketing activity, inventory rotation, pricing accuracy, and cleanliness of the location.
  • Ensure the execution and follow-through of all safety and environmental policies and procedures, and coordinate and oversee all safety, maintenance, and asset protection policies.
