Customer Service Representative

As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to leverage your knowledge of financial products and services to help clients meet their everyday banking needs. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing frontline support to clients in achieving their financial goals. This includes responding to client inquiries, assisting with transactions, and proactively connecting clients with the right team members to meet their needs.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be able to work during business hours, including evenings and weekends. You'll also need to be able to work at various bank locations within a reasonable distance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Mobilization: Help clients manage their accounts and products. Prioritize each client's experience and ensure every interaction is meaningful. Connect clients with the right CIBC team members to help them achieve their goals.

  • Problem Resolution: Listen to clients, ask questions, and put yourself in their shoes. Take ownership of client issues and know when to collaborate with others to find a better solution.

  • Technology Expertise: Become a specialist in our technologies. Share your knowledge with clients to help them better manage their banking needs.
