Medical Office Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Assistant to join our team at REXDALE MEDICAL CLINIC. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our healthcare professionals and patients.
Key Responsibilities- Interview Patients: Conduct thorough interviews with patients to obtain accurate case histories.
- Schedule Appointments: Coordinate and confirm appointments with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Complete Insurance Forms: Accurately complete insurance and claim forms for patients.
- Maintain Filing System: Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of patient records by maintaining a well-organized filing system.
- Order Supplies: Procure and manage office supplies and inventory.
- Establish Office Procedures: Develop and implement efficient office procedures and routines.
- Enter Medical Reports: Accurately enter and format medical reports and correspondence.
- Initiate Confidential Files: Establish and maintain confidential medical files and records.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a medical office setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires a high level of organization and attention to detail. You will be working in a team-oriented setting with a focus on providing exceptional patient care.
