Job Title: Director of Photography

Label 428 is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Photography to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual aspects of our projects, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise on the interpretation and delivery of performances to achieve the desired visual outcome.
  • Arrange film segments into sequences to achieve continuity and desired effects.
  • Coordinate production in various fields, including film, television, video game, radio, dance, and theatre.
  • Determine scheduling of production and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Determine treatment and scope of production to meet the creative vision of the project.
  • Edit motion picture film based on the director's vision and ensure that it meets the highest standards of quality.
  • Ensure that all details follow the project's original intention and vision.
  • Oversee the process of hiring actors and crew members for the production.
  • Supervise staff or team members to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Plan, organize, and direct the artistic aspects of production, including the design of sets, costumes, furnishings, and props.
  • Plan and coordinate the production of musical recordings to enhance the overall visual experience.
  • Coordinate and direct the photography of production to capture the desired visual outcome.
  • Determine lighting, lenses, camera angles, and backgrounds to create a visually stunning experience.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in film production or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to ensure that all aspects of production meet the highest standards of quality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
