Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Construction Trades Assistant to join our team at Tojiron Masonry Inc. The successful candidate will assist in various construction tasks, including loading and unloading materials, erecting scaffolding, and mixing concrete.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, and barricades
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in demolishing buildings and cleaning up debris
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites

Work Environment:

  • Work outdoors in various locations
  • Exposure to heights, confined spaces, and hazardous conditions

Requirements:

  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Manual dexterity and ability to handle heavy loads

Work Terms:
