Key Responsibilities:
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage budgets to determine the cost of food, ingredients, and supplies.
  • Revenue Monitoring: Monitor revenues to determine labor costs and make adjustments as needed.
  • Staff Performance: Monitor and evaluate staff performance to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Inventory Management: Order supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure that the restaurant is always stocked and ready to serve.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that the restaurant is running efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Working Conditions:

  • Permanent position
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
  • English language required
