Employed Student Nurse

Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Employed Student Nurse to join our team at Squamish Hospital. As an Employed Student Nurse, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable clinical experience while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients, residents, and clients, utilizing your skills and knowledge to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Currently enrolled in a recognized nursing education program in BC, with a minimum of 2nd year completion.
- Successful completion of at least one Adult Medical or Surgical rotation in your nursing program.
- Registration (or eligibility for registration) with the British Columbia College of Nursing Professionals (BCCNM) as an Employed Student Registrant.
- Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (Healthcare Provider CPR).
