We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Skky Hotel Inc. as a key member of our facilities team.

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and upkeep of the hotel’s physical plant, including but not limited to:

  • Performing daily inspections of the hotel’s facilities to identify and address any maintenance issues
  • Conducting repairs and maintenance on hotel equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Assisting with the maintenance of the hotel’s grounds, including landscaping and snow removal
  • Performing minor repairs on hotel appliances and fixtures
  • Assisting with the maintenance of the hotel’s pool and recreational facilities
Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:
  • Changing light bulbs and replacing air filters
  • Performing routine cleaning and disinfecting of hotel facilities
  • Assisting with the maintenance of hotel equipment, including but not limited to:
  • HVAC systems
  • Plumbing systems
  • Electrical systems
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
Work Environment:

The Maintenance Technician will work in a fast-paced hotel environment, with frequent exposure to dust, dirt, and other allergens. The position requires the ability to work at heights, climb ladders, and navigate tight spaces.
