Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team at Our North BNB and Rentals. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and upkeep.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and waxing floors and stairs
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and dirt
  • Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment
  • Perform minor repairs on appliances
  • Supervise other workers
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
  • Perform other routine maintenance jobs, such as painting and drywall repair
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle heavy loads
  • Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks
  • Reliability and ability to work with minimal supervision
