Client Solutions Associate, Surety

Gallagher is a leading global insurance brokerage firm seeking a highly skilled Client Solutions Associate, Surety to join our team. As a key member of our Surety team, you will play a critical role in delivering tailored bonding and insurance solutions to our clients, securing contracted work and ensuring a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities- Support a designated portfolio of Surety clients, driving business retention and ensuring a flawless bonding experience.
- Update documents using internal systems, preparing new bonding documents and endorsements under the guidance of the team.
- Aid in the preparation of invoices, certificates of insurance, and letters of insurance undertaking, with direction from the team.
- Collaborate in the creation of client presentations, preparing RFPs, and strengthening relationships with our Surety partners.
- Continuously build Surety and Insurance subject matter expertise, upgrading skills and knowledge through practice and education on relevant coverage lines, insurance products, and client management systems.
- Determine areas of operational improvement, leveraging available technology and Gallagher resources.
- Secondary School Diploma, College or University Degree strongly preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Broker's License or willingness to obtain.
- 1-2 years of professional work experience required, with experience in an Insurance Brokerage, Surety, or Customer-Facing Environment highly preferred.
- A passion for acquiring new skills and tackling new challenges, with a desire to learn the business of Surety and make an immediate impact.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing effectively to exceed client expectations.
- Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills, with a natural ability to work with Surety clients and colleagues.
- A keen eye for detail, maintaining the highest level of accuracy in work, with a strong understanding of Surety's technical and financial aspects.
