Client Solutions Associate Surety

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Solutions Associate Surety to join our team at GGB - Global. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering tailored bonding and insurance solutions to our clients, securing contracted work and ensuring a flawless bonding experience.
Key Responsibilities- Support a designated portfolio of Surety clientele, playing a meaningful role in business retention and ensuring clients have a seamless bonding experience.
- Update documents using internal systems, including company portals, and prepare new bonding documents and endorsements under the mentorship of the team.
- Aid in the preparation of invoices, certificates of insurance, and letters of insurance undertaking, with the direction from the team.
- Collaborate in the creation of client presentations, prepare RFPs, and strengthen relationships with our Surety partners.
- Continuously build Surety and Insurance subject matter expertise and upgrade skills and knowledge through practice and education on relative coverage lines, insurance products, and client management systems.
- Determine areas of opportunity for operational improvement, leveraging available technology and other Gallagher resources.
- Secondary School Diploma, College or University Degree strongly preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Broker's License or willingness to obtain.
- 1-2 years of professional work experience required. Experience in an Insurance Brokerage, Surety, or Customer-Facing Environment highly preferred.
- A passion for acquiring new skills and tackling new challenges, with a desire to learn the business of Surety and have an immediate impact.
- Able to prioritize effectively, exceeding client expectations every time.
- Able to work collaboratively, building relationships with Surety clients and colleagues, and being a team player.
- A keen eye for detail, maintaining the highest level of accuracy in work.
- Highly tech-savvy, with an ability to learn new systems, tools, and processes.
