We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our Primary Care Network team at the Salmon Arm Health Centre. As a Physiotherapist in this role, you will work collaboratively with an inter-professional care team to provide integrated care planning, client assessments, and ongoing monitoring and self-management support for clients with chronic and musculoskeletal conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments and provide clinic visits
