Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Implementation Specialist to join our team at In Kehna. As an Imprivata Solutions Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of Epic systems in Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical environment assessments and detailed solution outputs for team members to execute on.
  • Own the customer implementation lifecycle from customers based on execution of assigned project tasks, including installing Imprivata products, testing, and managing the project through end user deployment.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of project and process-related 'best practice' methodologies, training, and documentation.
  • Act as a solutions expert in the Imprivata product line and understand how it integrates with various technologies, including Citrix, VDI, AutoIT, and MDMs.
  • Assist with maintaining a repository of current Imprivata product solutions and offerings that will be used by the PMO to efficiently lead projects.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of demonstrated expertise in implementing enterprise software packages or custom systems.
  • 3-5 years of experience with Windows administration and applications, with the ability to successfully troubleshoot independently.
  • Working knowledge of Imprivata solutions, including OneSign/ConfirmID, Imprivata PAM, and Imprivata Ground Control.
  • Working knowledge of modern EMR systems, such as Epic, Cerner, McKesson, and Meditech.
  • Working knowledge of Virtualization Technologies, including Citrix, VMWare, Hyper-V, and Nutanix.
  • Working knowledge of modern MDM solutions, such as VMware Workspace ONE UEM (AirWatch), Citrix Endpoint Management, Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), and Ivanti Endpoint Manager Mobile.
  • Working experience with databases, including MS-SQL, ORACLE, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
  • Working experience with SQL, stored procedures, and SSIS.
  • Experience with client-server model software implementations that impact end users.
  • Experience with support CRM systems, including SalesForce.
  • Experience with Identity Management Solutions, provisioning systems, and Web SSO.
  • UI-level scripting experience with one of the following: VBScript, JavaScript, or AutoIT.
  • Experience with LAN/WAN network infrastructure, including understanding of switches, routers, and firewalls.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, leadership skills, analytical skills, and project management experience (PMP certification is a plus).
  • Must live in Canada and be willing to travel to multiple sites around Quebec.
