Your Role:
As a Pet Grooming Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to groom animals in accordance with the preferences of their owners. You will be expected to deliver professional grooming services that align with our high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Groom various breeds of dogs and cats based on client requests and grooming standards;
- Maintain accurate records and notes in customer files;
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and phone calls;
- Manage and organize appointment schedules;
- Ensure cleanliness in the grooming area and the animals' living spaces;
- Contribute positively to the overall operation and reputation of the establishment;
- Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Formal training in pet grooming and/or relevant experience is required;
- Knowledge of pet care is an asset;
- Ability to be resourceful and self-sufficient;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Maturity and professionalism;

- Physical capability to perform grooming tasks;
