Job Title: Registered Practical Nurse - Full Time

Southbridge Care Homes is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our team at Regency Long Term Care Home in Port Hope, Ontario.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced RPN to provide high-quality nursing care to our residents. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of person-centered care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence.
Qualifications:
  • Current certificate of competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario.
  • Registration or eligibility for registration with the Registered Practical Nurses Association of Ontario.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of nursing and health care practices.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
