We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2473164 ONTARIO INC. o/a TIM HORTONS. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address customer complaints or concerns.
  • Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and prepare and submit reports.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, address customer complaints, and ensure that customers receive exceptional service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and team player.
Work Environment:

Our café is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and you will be required to stand for extended periods. You must be physically demanding and able to work in a team environment.
