About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Elastochem Specialty Chemical Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Planning: Develop and implement operational plans to optimize production logistics, including scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain coordination.
  • Co-ordination and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, warehouse, and procurement, to ensure seamless communication and coordination of activities.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the maintenance of accurate inventory records, including tracking and reporting on inventory levels, stock movements, and discrepancies.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, inventory levels, and operational metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Setting: Manufacturing environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
