Job Title: Family Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Family Caregiver to join our team at KrSr - Private Household. As a Family Caregiver, you will provide essential support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, ensuring clients receive adequate nutrition.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Provide companionship and social interaction, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness.
  • Assist with medication management and other health-related tasks, as needed.
  • Shop for groceries and household essentials, ensuring clients have access to necessary items.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in an urban area and in clients' homes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a client-focused approach.
Work Setting:

Our Family Caregivers work in clients' homes, providing personalized support and care. This role requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing situations.

Language:

English or French language proficiency is required for this role.

Work Hours:

32 to 40 hours per week, with a permanent work term.
