About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a Financial Services Officer 2 to join our team. As a key player in our division, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports for Senior Management. Your expertise will help us make informed decisions and drive our strategic goals.

Primary Accountabilities
  • Provide advice and recommendations on the administration of project managers' financial resources.
  • Identify financial implications of proposed projects and activities, and develop solutions and options for financial and accounting issues.
  • Provide a wide range of financial support services, including high-level analysis, data gathering, budgeting, and forecasting.
Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have completed 3 years of post-secondary professional accounting training, plus 5 years of related experience. You will be guided by Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Public Sector Accounting Board (PSAB) standards. You will possess exceptional time management skills, be detail-oriented, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
