Chief Operating Officer Opportunity

About the Role

The Chief Operating Officer will play a key role in driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This individual will work closely with the Board of Directors and other senior management team members to develop and implement strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, and safety regulations
  • Manage company finances and maintain fiscal standing
  • Oversee the maintenance and management of company facilities
  • Ensure the purchase and maintenance of technological equipment
  • Represent the company in the community and uphold its image
Requirements
  • College diploma or bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management role
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in aviation management
  • Experience working with a Board of Directors
  • Ideal candidates will have experience in aviation
  • Strong communication skills and entrepreneurial spirit
