Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Kochin Kitchen Inc. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
  • Requisition Food and Supplies: Source and procure high-quality food and kitchen supplies to maintain our high standards.
  • Supervise Kitchen Staff: Lead and train our kitchen team to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent service and meet our quality control standards.
  • Train Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of our kitchen staff.
  • Manage Budgets: Prepare and manage budgets to ensure we are operating within our means.
  • Address Customer Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns.
  • Maintain Records: Accurately record and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 30 hours per week.
