About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Embedded Software Development Process Architect to join our team at Expleo. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for understanding and documenting existing software development processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices to enhance our capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Improvement: Understand and document existing software development processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to enhance our capabilities.
  • Tool Deployment and Integration: Identify and understand the tools required to support our capabilities, participate in their deployment, and ensure seamless integration.
  • Training and Development: Assess needs, prepare, and execute training and integration strategies for development teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Process Reviews and Compliance: Conduct regular process reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Collaboration and Harmonization: Collaborate with other process architects to harmonize and integrate methodologies, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach to software development.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering, computer science, software, or a related field.
  • Experience: More than 7 years' experience as an embedded software developer for motor vehicles.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Thorough knowledge of ASPICE compliance standards and/or quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF). Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in both French and English.
  • Autonomy and Leadership: Ability to work collaboratively with different stakeholders, demonstrate autonomy, initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility.
