About the Role

Venture Carpets is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in fabric production. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating a variety of machines to bleach, dye, coat, or finish fabric, thread, yarn, or other textile products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Machines Safely and Efficiently: Ensure the safe and efficient operation of machines, adhering to quality standards and company policies.
  • Monitor Product Quality: Examine products for defects and notify the supervisor or mechanic of any equipment malfunctions.
  • Meet Production Targets: Work collaboratively to meet production targets and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Work Environment: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Manual Dexterity and Attention to Detail: Possess manual dexterity and attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient machine operation.
  • Team Player: Demonstrate a team player attitude, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production targets.
  • Ability to Work in a Noisy Environment: Ability to work in a noisy environment, withstanding the demands of a fast-paced production setting.
