About the Role
We are seeking an Insurance Claims Expert to provide expert support to our claims and underwriting functions. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the efficient settlement of claims and the continuous improvement of our insurance services. With a focus on accuracy and attention to detail, you will help uphold our commitment to excellence within the insurance industry.
Responsibilities
- Enhance company guidelines and programs for effective claims management.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Develop training programs for claims professionals.
- Provide consultation on complex claims files.
- Support management in key decision-making processes related to claims handling.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Extensive experience across all lines of insurance, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and develop effective solutions.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment, where priorities may shift.
- Litigation experience is considered an asset.
