Key Responsibilities- Schedule and Coordinate Work
Plan and direct the work of our grounds maintenance team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Lead Grounds Maintenance TeamSupervise and manage a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance and support to ensure that our outdoor spaces are maintained to the highest standards.
Plan and Direct Landscape ConstructionPlan, manage, and supervise landscape construction work, including the installation of new plants, trees, and other features.
Maintain Work Records and LogsKeep accurate records of work completed, including maintenance schedules, inventory, and other relevant information.
Read Blueprints and DrawingsRead and interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure that all work is completed according to plan.
Repair and Maintain EquipmentRepair and maintain equipment, including lawn mowers, trimmers, and other machinery.
Supervise Nursery and Greenhouse WorkersSupervise and manage the work of nursery and greenhouse workers, ensuring that all plants and trees are properly cared for.
Establish Work Schedules and ProceduresEstablish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience3 years to less than 5 years of experience in grounds maintenance or a related field.
LanguageEnglish.
TransportationValid driver's license.
Work ConditionsFast-paced environment, physically demanding, manual dexterity, attention to detail, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling.
