Position Overview:

A Signal Dedicated Agent is responsible for providing static security services across various high-value locations such as courtyards, offices, and pools. The primary objective is to ensure that all access points are secured and to protect both property and residents with meticulous attention to detail and safety protocols.

  • Strategic Planning: Proficient in engaging, communicating, and executing daily security responsibilities while adhering to established timelines. Are you capable of performing security checks aligned with post requirements?
  • Financial Acumen: Understanding of company metrics and executing behaviors that drive performance. Can you fulfill your responsibilities to meet expectations and benchmarks?
  • Team Development: Effective communication with clients, team members, and management, providing timely feedback and follow-up as necessary. Can you collaborate effectively with a team to achieve key objectives?
  • Project Management: Comprehensive understanding and execution of daily tasks while efficiently delivering services that meet operational needs. Can you manage your daily assignments and communicate maintenance requirements for company assets?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver various dedicated services that align with the company's values and site-specific instructions.
  • Compose detailed and accurate reports using company technology and software during each shift in accordance with site instructions.
  • Consistently arrive punctually for shifts, clock in and out, and adhere to time commitments and appearance standards.
  • Engage with internal and external customers on-site to foster a customer service-oriented relationship, striving to provide peace of mind.
  • Maintain consistent communication with the Advanced Dedicated Agent or the Dedicated Branch Supervisor to report any customer or property-related concerns.
  • Oversee the care of any Signal equipment assigned during shifts, including radios, access keys/cards, vehicles, and devices.
  • Effectively deescalate issues through professional communication.
  • Manage daily activities while meeting benchmarks and expectations set by the Dedicated Branch Supervisor.
  • Collaborate with the Dedicated Branch Supervisor to share information regarding client needs and post order changes to ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Successful completion of background check and drug test.
  • Reliable transportation is essential.
  • Completion of training modules within the first month of employment.
  • Strong organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Commitment to service, organizational values, and professionalism at all times.
  • Ability to lift equipment weighing up to 20 pounds.
