Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Interforce International Security and Investigations.
Job SummaryThe Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and staff. This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule and coordinate the work of security personnel to ensure adequate coverage and effective use of resources.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of clients and staff.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
- Provide training and guidance to security personnel on security procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of security efforts.
- Monitor and report on security incidents and trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a security-related role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
